Sawing
Various saws enable us to handle single pieces, small series and fully automated mass production.
· CNC-Saw (Rhobi) with automated pipe magazine and integrated brush desharpener
· Pipes and rods of 6m length and a max. Ø of 120mm can be cut
· Joint cuts between 30° and 150° can be programmed

We also know how to handle transport logistics, in order just to cut material for our customers.


Bending
Pipe bending can be done for all applications. Our machines Pulzer and BEMA offer combined Core- and Rollerbendingtechniques. Fix and various radiuses are possible.

Consecutive bend in bend processes are explicitly possible.
· Min. inner radius of 25mm
· Max. pipes of 45x2mm

Grinding
We grind wet as well as dry to cut down welding seams and get smoother finishes. We have the right combination of automatic and labourforce.
